Areas highlighted in the document include, our activities to improve health & safety in our industry through the launch of our innovative MEWP familiarisation videos and our HSEQ safety webinars and bulletins. Showing our continued investment in our employees through training, apprenticeships and healthcare, this has led to AFI gaining the Investors in People Health & Wellbeing award.
We recognise the significance to our customers to consistently improve customer service and this has resulted in AFI gaining the coveted Institute of Customer Service ServiceMark and TrainingMark accreditations.
The CSR document also focuses on our efforts to support our local communities through charitable work and protecting the environment by following and promoting good sustainability practice and reducing the environmental impacts of all our activities.
